Yes we are City & Guilds Qualified Fire Door Inspectors. Our team of experts are both compliant and competent time served to work on fire doors and make the necessary adjustments to conform to regulations. 


Yes our operatives are IPAF 1b, 3a & 3b qualified as well as trained to work at height on both boom and scissor lift. 


Yes, we can manage almost everything regarding your tenants from new business viewings, conduct professional surveys, day to day running of the property, to periodic and compliance checks and policing any necessary improvements. We do not get involved in client negotiations, or finance.   


We can save you money by creating and managing a more effective team for you both on and off site. However, every organisational contract is bespoke, so, cost savings will depend on the services you take. If you require a more detailed breakdown of savings, we recommend getting in touch to set up a meeting with one of our consultants.


A documented Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessment should be completed annually or sooner where onsite conditions may change. With Health & Safety and Fire Safety compliance at the heart of everything we do, on every visit to site we scan for hazards that could compromise health or property safety.

Our Property Guardian's team pride themselves on caring for and maintaining multi-million pound portfolios during void. Conducting periodic security checks, legionnaires flushing and Commercial Estate Agency services to get the properties to the necessary standards and aid the relet process. Our experts too can assist with end of tenancy strip outs, maintaining compliance standards during void and get ready for new tenancy.  


Yes, we can adopt all of your facilities contracts and run them under one roof providing you with one reliable contact with periodic top level feedback. By adding your contractors into our subcontract pool, your property portfolio will receive a rewarding, safe operational experience.  


Yes our team of experts will work with the property portfolio to deliver excellence from the start, with scheduled proactive works completed to standard, ensures the portfolio maintains high consistent standards.

That really depends on the nature of the works required, yes, we are able to provide periodic inspections, however for true property management at the highest level requires hands on expertise, so we like to stick to our immediate territory to provide a consistent high quality of works.
